workouts are little longer due to the higher reps and different intensity techniques like super sets and drop sets
Amazingly have enough energy to get through them, but the endurance suffers towards the end
last leg day consisted of
leg culrs w partial at the end of the last set (10 sec btwn partials to failure)
leg press after warm ups 5 sets of 25 reps
lunges sets of 40
stiff legged deads (until my back could not do anymore: was @ 7 sets, reps didnt count and increased weight each time)
