at the moment matt im cutting so ive lost abit of strenght, so now its
deads @ 100kg @ 10reps or 140kg @ 1-2 reps
bench @ 80kg @ 10 reps or 110kg @ 1-2 reps
squats @ 100kg @ 10 reps or 140kg @ 1-2
when i was 81kg i was doing
deads- 130kg@ 6-8 reps
bench - 100kg 6-8 reps
squats- 120 @ 6 reps
