Did my first pin 2ml rest 2mil eq was very nervouse but its pretty simple once you get going,

Today I did legs, felt tired going into the gym but once I got started was all good,

Squat 110kg (bb) 5x5
Front squat 90kg (bb) 5x5
Lunges 60kg (bb) 5x5
Leg curls 70kg 5x5 tired by this point
Calf raises 70kg 3x15
Hamstring curls 60kg 5x5
300 sit ups on machine with 30kg
Job done,
