Great post so many people think they are eating tons and tons of food my friends i know dont really train n eating 3 times a day is alot to them think your a freak ha but you have to be in some ways. they same thing goes with cuting/dieting people eat less to get (thin) worst thing to do u might get some fat off at first but then your body will eat the muscle and they get softer and fat gota eat to get big and gota eat to get lean
