Me: 25years old. 82kg, 18%bf, 5'10 and ready to gain
My main goal is to put on lean size and be pretty shredded by October, I haven't got a desired weight just want to look good see how big I can get, and maintain.

Started my first 5x5 on legs on Tuesday 6/3/12 went like this
Barbell squat 110kg 5x5
Barbell frount squat 100kg 5x5 (bar in frount as appose to behind head)
Leg curl machine 60kg (one leg at a time)
Dumbbell lunges 20kg in each hand
Calf raises 70kg 5x5
Hamstring curl 70kg 5x5
