never tried dbol, but I've heard tons about it.

today I got my heavy bench in today, not bad for my first heavy lift in a while.
135lbs 10 reps, 205lbs 10 reps with feet up, 255lbs 2 reps, 275lbs 1 rep. then back down the line, 255lbs 4 reps, 205lbs 10 reps with feet up, 135lbs close grip 15reps.
so far so good
