I've just started my cycle at 1ml on Sunday night right before be and my heavy bench day Monday morning.
I'm 33 years old and 220lbs not a lot of body fat (almost a 6 pack but not shreaded at all)
should I stick to 1ml a week or bump it up?
I was thinking 1 ml sunday and 1ml wednesday
