Not only is way to much but at 20-21 years old and with that BF%, you should be looking in add more cardio and a good diet. Spend money in Nutritionist instead in juice. This supplements are not the solution but a help for those that are stock in the same place after years of long training.Of course, this is just a humble suggestions and if you going to do it, better do it right.
