Bro if this helps, I try to keep thed-bol running all day since it has a half life of 6 to 8 hrs. I take 25mg in the morning with breakfast and 25mg 1hr before the gym so I can lift the heavy weights required to build that big muscle. Protien shake right after the training so I have my gym bag with shaker and protien so I can utilize that 30min anabolic window to take in the protien that my muscles need.
