Hammer strength leg press: 4 x 10
Leg extension: 5 x 15, 12, 10, 8 and 6
Seated leg curl: 4 x 15, 12, 10 and 8
Lactic acid training, Only 20 seconds rest between sets and 1 minute between exercises and it hurts like hell!!
