squat 170 lbs 5x7 thats my week point legs calf raises superset 20 at the end of every sqauat
leg extensions 180 lbs 4 x 10
lunges 45lbs in each hand 10x each leg for 3 sets
today i eat morning oatmeal with fresh fruit strawberries and blueberries
peanut butter jelly for snack 2
lunch chicken with brown rice
workout then protein shake whey
bananas with more peanut butter
rest tomorrow then friday back bis and give details when i do it thanks bros will keep this going
