i will do chest tomorrow i take 1 day between each workout 2 if i'm real sore it usually goes like this
chest tris
legs , abs
back bis
then a day for arms by them self's when i get in the grove of things
3 x a week cause it's hard for me to gain weight so i want to burn ass little as possible
