First of all i want to thank you,redrum,for taking the time and having the good will to help me.
I sat on the drawing board again after reading your post and i agree with what you say.
My main problem ist the diet.Its as well the lack of disciplin as the conditions on my job.Meaning that most days of the week i have only breakfast and dinner and the second is the problem.
What i decided to do now ist to go from 400mg Testo e/wk on 500 and use some HGH,4iu/ed with some arimidex an 50mg Provirod/ed.
Also i will do more Cardio,i started this week wit 40 mins 3xweek on days i dont lift weights and of course pre workout 15-20 minutes.
About the diet i will try to manage to get 4 meals ed instead of 2.
Protein& carbs on fisrt 2 meals.
Protein,fat and fibres on the last 2 meals.
Now there is the idea of taking some trenbolone e with that hgh and testo e.it actually was suggested to me by a pro i know who swears on that stuff(he is not my source!).he said the hgh will take care of the fat but with 300mg/wk of tren e it would go much better.
what do you think of that idea and of what i plan to do in general
