jerk and drop,one of my fav chest workouts.
start by grabbin a set of 60lbs dumbells,a set of 40lbs dumbells,and a set of 20lbs dumbells(or what ever weights you fell fit you best)set them next to a incline bench.
OK,incline bench,time to hit it.Grab two 60's and slam out 12 reps,drop 60's grab 40's 12 reps,throw down 40's grab 20's 10 reps,and drop 20s and go back to 60's ,do as many as possible, then rest 2 min.,thats one set,repeat 3 more sets.Also a badass for incline dumbell butterflys,can be used on flat bench.
if anyone trys it, would like to hear the feed back,i hate them so much,but cant stop...
