Ate a meatball sandwich last night....was finaly able to eat a bit...

Took my normal .7cc of sust300 and 1.4cc of NPP.




This morning i had 2 egg whites and 2 whole eggs with cheese and a banana...


Still feel nauseated.....don't think im running a fever now though.
