Alright I need to get pics and weight up.
But I'll start with my first work out.
12-19 legs
Squats
135*10
225*10 five sets minute and a half rest
Vertical leg press machine [bottom half of squat]
160*15 five sets
Seated leg curl
120*15 four sets
Leg extension
90*15 two sets
90*12 two sets
Also I'm running 725 test e a week and 200 primo a week and a little tne thrown in there for shits and giggles. Started a week and a half ago.
