i have been using 12 hr for a while the way i do my shake routine i use there iso 100 in am w breakfast then afternoon after lunch 12 hr right brfore bed a 12 hr ths just way ialways did it been great not crazy bout then bannana one usually choclate but taste great no stomach ache no bad aftertaste good protien!
