last couple of months have been crazy with the amount of gains in strength. Moved up in squats, deads, and presses.
Looked back at the video of 150#x 8. I actually was abl to do that after inclines last chest workout
feeling very good and seemingly stronger each week. Increased studying a little, but sure has impacted a lot.
from august squat went up 100 pounds. cannot even believe when I look at the old pages of logs here.
