Thanks CM. I realize to make the most of AAS, is to properly diet and train.I added more carbs (rice,yams, oat meal) and protein. I wasn't expecting much if anything after 1 wk. I will be patient. I have and plan again to cycle between t3/clen and ECA stacks, but I recently read that because both thermogenics do the same thing, you have to do one or the other in order to give your receptors time to recover(not sure if i got that exactly right, I hope you know what I'm trying to say).
