Hit legs today, was feeling a little sick at the end untill I had my post meal.
I managed to squat 230 for 2 sets at 10 reps and 200 for 2 sets at 12 reps and 180 for 1 set at 14 reps. This was a good warm up.
Next leg day I will try for 250 for 2 sets of 10 reps.
Weight is up to 194
