First of all i want to thank you both for taking up my thread so fast.Also i want to apologize for not introducing myself propperly.
I am from greece,i am 43 years old and at this moment i weigh 92kg,15% bf and im 176cm tall.
In my younger days i used to play hockey in germany,where i was born and raised, as a semi pro but at the age of 29 i had a very bad knee injury that forced me to retire.
After that i focused on my job and with the time the visits at the gym and the evening runs became less and less.
The result was that 3 years ago i was so fat that i couldnt tie my shoes.I was 120kg,heavily drinking and smoking.(I will add a pic of me the pig )
So at the day i tried to bent down to tie my shoes but it wouldnt work i decided to do something.
I managed to lose 37kg(thats approx. 80lbs) in 1 year with a tough diet,cardio everyday 60-120 minutes,sometimes 2 times a day.
After losing this weight i started going to the gym and now i am hooked.
Lucky as i am i met a nabba pro who helped me with workout planning,diet and cycling.It was clear for me that after the diet i will do AAS because i wanted to keep the weight relatively low but also wanted to become bigger considering the muscles.The most important thing though for taking the step to AAS was rejuvenation and recreation.
So for the last 18 months im on and off.After my second cycle i had some trouble with fat and water during and after pct so i decided that i will stay on a trt since i am 43 now and i allready have 3 kids and i would rather become a grandpa than make another on my own.

My workout routine:

Mon: chest *
Tue: Back *
Wed:Cardio 40-60 minutes
Thu: shoulders *
Fri:arms,3 supersets bi-and triceps
Sat:Legs&calfs *
Sun:cardio 60-120 minutes.

*=4-5 different exercises 3-4 sets each,16-10 reps

Diet:
I have to admit that the diet is my biggest problem.What i have realised is that i have a serious problem with carbs.As soon as i eat rice or pasta i start keeping water an i also start to look fatty.This of course makes me pretty mad.Lets keep in mind that i recently lost about 80lbs.So i keep them as low as i can.
I try to eat 300gramms of protein every day,3 meals and 2 shakes.
Lots of meat,fish,fruits and veggies and also low fat yoghurt.

Ok,i think i got it all together now but dont mind asking if you need to know more.
