I am with Kornfed on this one exercise is very benificial keeps your whole body working properly. Not to mention it releases endorphins so your just happier and feel better about yourself.. You can achieve weight loss with out it but its the "quality of life" that exercise provides.
Plus if your like me youll make friends while working out and look foward to seeing those people.
