tbar row (wide handle) 4 35's 6 25 's
standing pullover (suspended chains)

Very bad day in the gym
woke up 2 hours early for work and missed a meal b4 training
seems like I hit a sticking point, or just need more rest, so I think a little de-loading week is in order next week
