I understand a tight schedule. My workday starts at 3:30am and I get home around 7pm. Not sure what your goals are, but since you mentioned arobic type videos, Tony Horton has videos out called 10 minute trainer. Just 10 minutes at a time. You can find it all over the internet. Is your schedule temperary? You might adjust to your schedule as I have and be back to the gym in no time, but whatever you do stay motivated.
