12.3 miles of that. AWESOME!!! It's going up there with my Appalachian trail trip, I'm sure I could squeeze it in

here's one I found on the registered photographers site, this bog we were in was about 200m long all in all and the cold stinking water is actually quite refreshing on tired legs, only problem is the slushy mud at the bottom of it, well covering your feet. This one was logged as 11.4 miles.




pretty much recovered now so out for a light run tonight, ready to do it again in 6 weeks with a much better time and hopefully lighter.
