oh, i understand that you say...we think that in the rest days, we can loose our progress, but the body growth in that days...i'm hate the rest days too.
when i'm under gears, i dont fell to need a stop, but its possible to go overtraining, not now, but at the end of terapy.
trust in me, i was overtraining in the past and i was under a lot!:-)
