if you have been lifting heavy how long how does your body feel? I personally can only lift heavy for 2-3 months at a time before i just start falling apart at the seems.
right now im doing german volume training which ahs a ton of reps and only a few exercises
I think it was easy or robbie who put together what looks to be an intense work out based on 5 by 5s....
there are all kinds of ways to reach your goals.. give us a little more of what you are doing in the gym and the kitchen..
