3 cups of oats, 5 eggs and 1 yolk with a handful of raisins sloshed down with a cup of tea
mid morning
3slices of wholemeal seeded bread with peanut butter
lunch
200gm ham
missed afternoon snack as we were out
tea
meat feast pizza, washed down with a pint of milk
