went out today early so abit out with my food again
breakfast
3 cups of oats, 5 eggs and 1 yolk with a handful of raisins, cup of tea.
mid morning
cheese and ham toasty
lunch/mid afternoon
southern fried chicken sandwich, seeded wholemeal bread and salad
chargrilled chicken pasta with mixed veg
late afternoon snack
protein shake with 500ml milk
