day off today, back feeling abit delicate this morning so staying off the extra cardio again.

breakfast
3 cups of oats, 5 eggs and 1 yolk with a handful of raisins, cup of tea.
protein shake with 500ml of milk.

mid morning
5wheatbix splashed with loaaaaaaaaaads of milk

lunch
4slices seeded wholemeal bread with peanut butter
