The gains were hard to say cause it was just a kick start but strength gains were the most prominent about week two and i could tell i was adding more weight each work out. And as far as water i dont know cause i am bloated most of the day just from eating a ton. but in the morning i look pretty lean and and i havent weighed my self in a about a week and a half but i started the expirement at 166 and last i weighed in on week 5 out of 10 I was at 177. im hopeing to be about 180 right now but im trying to stay off the scale cause i was getting obsessive even though i was looking better.
