i am taking hcg right now. i also have 5000iu to. mix 1ml of BAC water then if you are useing an insulin syringe witch only goes up to 50mark then on the insulin syringe 250iu will be at the 5mark on your insulin syringe. i am taking 500iu x2 week. so i pull to the 10mark on the insulin syringe. i hope this helps you out.
