My partner is vegetarian bodybuilder and has been suffering from Bloating etc for a while hes just paid private to have a food allergy test the results were terrible

basically he cant have:
Cows milk
Egg white
Egg yolk
Barley
Durum wheat
oats
Rice
Wheat
Almond nuts
Cashews
Soya bean
Rice
or Bakers yeast
can anyone give any advice as to foods he can eat to still build up? other than meat as he has been vegetarian for 16 years. Any help would be greappreciatediated. Thanks
