I'm 43 and need help getting in the best shape of my life!
I am 43yo, 6'2", 195 lbs and eat very healthy.
Over the last three years, I have lost 75 pounds naturally. I go to the gym five times a week and do thirty minutes of cardio and one hour of weights.
I am in very good shape -- but I want better.
I am still thick around the middle and don't hold onto a lot of muscle. I am dieting and trying to lose another 10 pounds.
Are steroids or supplements the key?
