back at it this week. the attitude really lets you down when you deload or cruise or whatever you call it week at the gym. Yesterday I knew what I was doing and really got back in the groove.
I never realy know how much I am doing or when I am done, when I never really start anything. I can't measure anything and really don't know how intense to go?
I guess it is necessary but I never have good workouts during those weeks, but I always do the following weeks, so gonna be some good times in July
