Chest and Triceps

Warm up - Incline press 3 x 12, 4 and 4

Incline bench press: 4 x 12

Bench press: 4 x 5

Machine flyes: 4 x 10

Cable crossovers: 4 x 12

Rope skull crushers: 4 x 12

V-Bar pushdowns: 4 x 8

One arm dbell extensions: 3 x 8, 6 and 5 to failure
