Alright let me start off by saying I feel absolutely amazing!! I feel like I look way bigger and like I said before my pumps are amazing right now I'm still not sleeping as well as I was but I have had a hard time sleeping in the past. Can't wait to do legs hopefully they will benefit in the way I hoped from the cycle.... I'm goin to take a volume approach to my legs due to their condition. I don't think my ankle can take more than the deads I'm doing.
