Chest and Triceps

Warm up - bench press 3 x 12, 4 and 4

Bench press: 3 x 16, 12 and 8

Incline bench press: 2 x 8

Cable crossovers: 4 x 8

Reverse cable crossovers: 3 x 8

Close grip pushdowns: 4 x 10

Skull crushers: 3 x 8

Close grip dip machine: 2 x to failure

Job done! with no shoulder pain! Finally!!
