Dead lifts
4*10-10-10-8(went up 20lbs)
Standing rows
4*12-10-8-8(went up ten pounds)
Standing curls
3*12-10-10(moved up and back down 50-55-50)
Seated one armed cable rows
3*10-10-8
Standing lat pul downs straight arms
3*10-8-8(went up and then down)
Standing flat bar curls in box rack(grip slightly wider than shoulders)
4*10-8-8-6
Close grip lat pulldown(using handles)
4*10-10-8-8
Incline bench curls
2*8-6(lol running out of juice)
Assisted pull-ups
3*9-8-8(I looked like such a swole pussy by this time)
Curl machine
just killed um did not keep track did some starters and finishers.
Forearms- held 80 pound barbel behind my back and rolled it down to finger tips and back up to the top of the palm flexing tricep and forearm at the top.
I am loving my cycle so far. Pumps in the gym are insane and strength is going up every work out atleast a little. I have been stuck at the same plateau for almost a year before this. Woot woot
