Flat bench press: 4 x 10
Incline bench press: 4 x 7
Pec deck flyes: 3 x 10
Cable crossovers: 7 x 8
Rope pushdowns: 4 x 12
Cable skull crushers: 3 x 12
EZ bar pushdowns: 7 x 12
Job done!
This was a long session for me, was in the gym for an hour!
