Bi's and tri's
Db over head tricep push
4*10-10-8-5

Standing ez bar curls
4*10-8-8-4

Ez bar skull crushers
3*10-10-8

Standing db curls
5*5

Db skull crushers
3*8-8-6(these were sloppy probably shouldnt have done these)

Seated 75 degree db curls
3*8-8-10(got a burst at the end came from no where)

Tricep push down flat bar/rope
Flat bar(heavy)
3*10-8-8
super set
Rope(light weight perfect form till fail)
3*12-10-10

Curl machine
3*8

It felt good today. Time for some din din and some sleep.
