I do most of my cooking at night seeing as how all we have here is a fridge and microwave. but i usually dont snack in between meals cause im trying to concentrate on drinking water. When i make dinner i usually make like two or three servings extra. and i will usualy cook another seperate meal so that i have three to four bowls of food to bring to work. and then eat one every 2-3 hours. Before the gym amino fuel, creatine, and sometimes and NO preworkout drink. After work out BCAAs drink and protein shake(usualy while in the shower).
