If your training and diet is good then go ahead and use gear bro but the best piece of advice i can give you is to treat gear like you treat protein powder , its a suppliment , dont rely on gear , its just part of the total package just like protein powder , you dont drink it you wont gain as much , gears the same , if you rely on gear and lack decent training and diet your wasting your money , your time and risking your health. Only can decide if your ready

thanks Robbie. i feel my diet and training is good so i am ready. im just worried about future reprecussions such as heart liver problems and mentalk health problems. lol
