I read through alot of the ones you had and what you were doing most of last year. Easy had a good post also that seemed to be speaking directly to me(why we fail to build muscle). I figured I have to do something about getting more sleep and also need to pay attention to my CNS recovery. But to answer you question i have not decided completly right now i am implementing more rest, less exercises, focus on heavier weights and like you advised I am going to work opposite body parts ie. "back and chest" "bis and tris" instead of "chest and tris" and "shoulders and bis". When i start my cycle I want to give your german volume training a good go.
