Test Enanthate at 500mg per week will give you great gains.
Dianabol for a first cycle is excellent especially if you don't like needles.
The basic first cycle would go like this:
Week 1 - 15mg per day
Week 2 - 25mg per day
Week 3 - 40mg per day
Week 4 - 50mg per day
Week 5 - 50mg per day
Week 6 - 40mg per day
Week 7 - 25mg per day
Week 8 - 15mg per day
There are few people that will tell you that 8 weeks is to long on Dianabol, However you will be tapering up and down which will not be as stressful as doing 50mg a day for 4 or 6 weeks!
Basic Nolvadex advice: You can either take it from day 1 at 20mg per day for the whole cycle, Or keep it on hand just in case things flare up!
PCT(Post Cycle Therapy):
Days 1 - 5 = 100mg Clomid
Days 6 - 10 = 50mg Clomid
Days 1 - 21 = 20mg Nolva
The PCT is there if you wish to use it, If I'm Tapering down I generally do not use PCT.
If doing the Test Cycle you may want to use PCT as there is not give for tapering down.
