Is it working for me? I guess no its not. I would be lieing if i told you that i was getting everything i wanted out of my work outs. I am definately going to try switching the muscles im working together. I was working the same groups together thinking that i would get a more complete break down of both muscle groups? but in doing so i can see how i am sacraficing the ability to do heavier sets on a single muscle which might promote more growth than just completely wearing them out. I find my self thinking about the gym and work outs all day. I HATE rest days and would not do them if i did not have to.
