Where has all the red meat gone?
As I read though different people diets on this forum and others i dont see much in the red meat catagory. Am i to beleive that the red meat has nothing to offer....
?
Also pork I dont see much on pork?
Is it the cholesterol? or are the options of chicken turkey and fish just so much better that the others arent worth mentioning?
Any one use red meat or pork as a regular part of there diet?
