Hi all,
Right well ive decided to start a fresh training log , my old one was getting less and less and with all the personnal probs that where going on i was having trouble sticking to it.
So here we are a new training log
im aiming to update it after every training session no matter how small and update with a progress pic once a month.
Not really setting myself any goals at the minute , just want to get back into a good routine and as long as my pics seem to be progressing in sum way ill be happy
