Default New 3 day split for lean bulk

I am coming to the end of my current program which is a full body routine consisting of 2-3 warm up sets and one set to failure. It involves the compound excercises aswell.
I'm looking for someone to help me design a new program which is a full body routine which again involves the compound excercises. But this time I want to lean bulk.
Help anyone?
