Still suffering from a shoulder injury so chest workout was slightly different to normal.
Warm up - Decline bench press 3 x 12, 2 and 2
Decline bench press: 3 x 6
Cable crossovers: 4 x 12
Low cable crossovers: 2 x 8
EZ cable curls: 3 x 12
One arm cable curls: 2 x 6
Considering this was not a standard kind of workout, the pump was incredible!
